Ingredients:

  • 150g Chicken Thigh fillet, cut into 2″ pieces
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/8 tsp black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Procedure:

1) Whisk together erythritol, paprika, cumin, pepper, chilli powder, and salt in a bowl.
2) Toss in chicken pieces and marinate for at least 4 hours.
3) Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
